What is an AI rap video?
Actualizado 2026-10-25
How does an AI rap video work?
You give the tool a photo. A video model takes the person in the photo and has them perform a rap-style performance: mouth, hands and body move to a rhythm. The result is a new video file, not an edit of your own footage.
Different tools differ in what they ask for. Some take one photo, some take two (a duo). Some ship a music track, some do not. The comparison page lists these differences with the date each fact was checked.
What an AI rap video is not
It is not a recording of a real artist. This site does not use any artist's voice or recording, and it is an independent tool, not affiliated with any rapper or label.
It is also not a way to make a video of someone who has not agreed. Use your own photo, or the photo of an adult who said yes.
- Not a song generator: tools like Suno make full songs; they do not turn a photo into video.
- Not a lyrics tool: the video shows a performance, it does not write your verse.
- Not a real performance: the motion is generated by AI.
Where the idea comes from
Rap videos made from a viral clip became a social trend in 2026: creators put new people into an existing rap performance. Two examples that went around TikTok are the Hotel Lobby clip (from a 2022 COLORS performance by Quavo and Takeoff) and the Bulin 47 street freestyle. We explain both, with sources, on the trends page.
What it costs here
Credits are sold as one-time packs, there is no subscription. The smallest pack is $9.99 and covers one default clip (18 credits). New accounts get 5 free credits to look around, which is not enough for a full clip. A failed generation is refunded to your credits automatically.
